By accessing and using staaltec.ca, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about Staaltec Inc. products and services. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Products and Pricing

All products shown on this website are subject to availability. Prices are provided by quote only and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Staaltec Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing without notice. A 50% deposit is required before fabrication begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. Once fabrication has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Any changes requested after fabrication begins may incur additional charges.

Warranty

Standard items carry up to 5 years structural integrity warranty based on steel thickness. All products carry a 2-year manufacturing defects warranty. Fire pits and tables carry up to 2 years. Fire components carry up to 1 year dependent on fuel source. Natural patina changes, damage from misuse, improper installation, or extreme conditions are excluded from warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Staaltec Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
